Detroit Family Support 360 Project
|
The Detroit Family Support 360o Project was a one-stop support center for families with children who have developmental disabilties. Detroit 360o has helped families in obtaining the supports and services they desire in order to enhance the health and well-being of their families Despite the closing of the Detroit 360o Project in 2010, a new initiative has been started that will utilize the Detroit 360o model of service navigation on a statewide level. The Michigan Family Support Initiative (MFSI) is supported by a 5-year grant (Grant #90DN0274) from the Federal Administration on Developmental Disabilities and will serve Michigan families with adults and children with developmental disabilities.
