The Michigan Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (MI-LEND) program is currently accepting long-term trainee applications for the 2018-19 cohort year. MI-LEND trainees participate in at least 300 hours of training to develop advanced leadership skills in interdisciplinary practice, cultural and linguistic competency, and family centered care. Interested graduate-level students, self-advocate, and family members of children with disabilities and other special health care needs are encouraged to apply. The application deadline is May 1, 2018.
