Research and Evaluation Activities

MI-DDI's research and evaluation activities promote education and service excellence through thoughtful investigation, analysis, and sharing of information. Our goal is to improve practices and policies that affect persons with disabilities and their families in Michigan. This goal is accomplished through:

  • Research that includes persons with lived experience every step of the way.
  • Collaboration with researchers and educational institutions across Michigan and the U.S.
  • Evaluation of programs, models, and services that affect the disability community.
  • Comprehensive sharing of information.
