Overview

The primary goal of the Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) HCBS Leads training is to prepare Leads to distribute and manage the HCBS surveys in their home PIHP regions. PIHPs distribute and manage HCBS surveys using Qualtrics, a web-based survey software. The HCBS training courses in Canvas, along with ongoing technical assistance, aim to equip PIHP Leads with the knowledge and tools necessary to complete tasks associated with the HCBS surveys and reporting activities.
