The Michigan Developmental Disabilities Institute (MI-DDI) has developed educational materials about Michigan's Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Transition. These materials are meant for people with disabilities who receive community mental health services and their families.
For Spanish Subtitles on All the Videos Below:

- Click on the video you want to watch
- Click the “Closed Caption” button on the bottom right of the screen
- Click the “Settings” button next to the “Closed Caption” button
- Click the middle option titled “Subtitles/CC”
- Click the bottom option titled “Auto-Translate”
- Scroll down the list of languages until you find “Spanish” and select that
- The video will now have Auto-Translated Spanish subtitles. These are subtitles that we did not translate ourselves and are automatically generated through YouTube. Some of the word choice may not be fully accurate.
