Michigan Vaccination Partners, or MVP, aim to ensure greater equity and access to vaccination for people disproportionately impacted by COVID-19. The Autism Alliance of Michigan (AAoM), Brain Injury Association of Michigan (BIAMI), Disability Rights Michigan (DRM), and Michigan Developmental Disabilities Institute (MI-DDI) are the organizations involved in MVP. She has a deep commitment to promoting community inclusion and quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families. She has over three decades of research and program experience in I/DD, health promotion and disease prevention.

Kristen Milefchik, MSW has a Master's degree in social work and is a Vaccine Advocate for Disability Rights Michigan. She has a disability and is a lifelong wheelchair user. Kristen is a member of Self-Advocates of Michigan (SAM) and serves on the board of directors of MI-UCP and Transportation Riders United (TRU). Kristen advocates at the community level by applying her educational, personal, and professional experience to bring greater awareness of disability access and inclusion issues.
