    • Each MVP certified site should complete the accessibility checklist./ The checklist is a tool that sites use to assess how accessible different aspectys of their physical office space, building, processes, and procedures are to persons with disabilities.
    • The Sensory-Friendly Environment Checklist is meant to be used as a tool to regularly assess the office/clinic environment. Many individuals with disabilities experience significant sensory issues. These can make a visit to a healthcare provider's office or clinic quite overwhelming. The checklist provides a simple way to review the environment to ensure both visitors and healthcare workers have positive experiences. It also lists several hints and tips to that can be used to alleviate overwhelming sensory stimuli.
